Employer Sponsored Visas

Employer Sponsored Visas allow skilled overseas workers to live and work in Australia for their nominating Australian employer.

The Employer Sponsored Visa streams allow Australian Employers to fill skilled job vacancies in their organisation (that cannot be filled by workers in the local Australian market) with overseas workers.

Visa applicants must be qualified or have sufficient experience working in an occupation listed on the relevant Skilled Occupation List.

Australian Skilled Migration is an international recruitment specialist. Our team of expert Registered Migration Agents can assist with any employer sponsored visa, in any eligible industry.

We specialise in the below Employer Sponsored Visas:

These permanent working visas may be applied for through the direct entry stream or via a transitional stream once an overseas worker has been employed by the same employer on a 457 or 482 Visa for two or three years, depending on the occupation.
