Carpenter / Formworkers

The Successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:

• Responsible for interpreting construction drawings and specifications to determine installation procedures, material requirements, and project scope.
• Performs general carpentry including cutting, assembling, joining, erecting, propping, securing, and re-sheeting timber structures, concrete formwork, and moulds in accordance with Australian building standards.
• Skilled in selecting and assessing materials for quality, supervising and mentoring apprentice carpenters, and coordinating with project managers, tradespeople, suppliers, and production teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Participates in the setup of new projects, including mould assembly, formwork construction, production planning, and delivery scheduling while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Actively contributes to workplace training, continuous improvement initiatives, and promotes a strong quality and safety culture throughout all construction and precast operations.
