Restaurant Manager

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

• Ability to demonstrate McDonald’s KPI historical results / performance
  Shift Management including training
• Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant within Shift Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities.
• Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work.
• Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures
• Oversee and manage staff, with selected Department responsibilities
• Ability to achieve financial budgets.
• Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restauran
• Ensure security is strictly always adhered to.
• Restaurant Managers with a minimum of 5 years experience
