The Successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:
- Responsible for the erection, alteration, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems for commercial construction and industrial projects.
- Experienced in assembling and removing tube-and-coupler, modular, and prefabricated scaffold systems in accordance with engineering specifications,
- Australian Standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Skilled in interpreting scaffold plans, safely installing platforms, guardrails, braces, ladders, and access systems, and ensuring scaffolds are structurally sound and fit for purpose.
- Conducts routine inspections, identifies hazards, and performs adjustments or repairs to maintain safe working conditions.
- Works collaboratively with supervisors, construction teams, and other trades to ensure scaffolding is erected and dismantled efficiently while maintaining compliance with WHS regulations, safe work procedures, and project deadlines.
